I started a Mechanical Apprenticeship in 1980 and by 1986 became a fully qualified Automotive Technician.
The curriculum covered all facets of Automotive Mechanics,engine building, reconditioning, chassis, fuel, steering, cooling, wheels, drive line, transmissions, body and electrical systems.

To further the experience I completed a Mechanical engineering course as a General craftsman and became
a certified member of the Institute of Automotive & Mechanical Engineers, IAME.

In 1985 Suzuki released the very first Sports Quad the
LT 250 R and  I purchased one in it's first week of release. Since then I have competitively, raced, prepared, built, tuned and promoted ATV’s in the following disciplines:  Motorcross, Super Cross,
Enduro, Speedway, Dirt track, Dunes, TT, and Supermotard.
